Registration Terms & Conditions and Refunds Policy
If you wish to cancel an enrollment full tuition fees, less a registration fee of £100, will be refunded providing
the cancellation is received in writing, by email or fax 21 days or more prior to the course. No refunds will be made
for cancellations received less than 21 days before a course. However you may change the name of the participant to another
within your organisation or you will be issued with a credit note against any future Senergy courses. Senergy (GB) Ltd reserves
the right to cancel a course up to one week before the course begins. If this occurs, enrollees will receive a full refund or
be given the opportunity to transfer to another course date. Please keep our cancellation policy in mind when making
airline reservations, hotel bookings etc, as we cannot be responsible for fees charged for canceling or changing your ticket.
