Senergy developed a business transformation strategy for a major
operator which, supported by key performance management tools, helped
deliver a 40% reduction in well costs over a two year cycle –
equivalent to a saving of over $80m.

Our well engineering group incorporates well design, completions, drilling performance, new technology applications, multi-discipline studies and project management. It helps to confirm our long-established reputation as industry leaders in
subsurface evaluation.
When we provide the engineering design for a well, we are conscious that we can thereby make a significant impact on the details and means of execution. We can realise the right vision, reduce costs and provide a broader understanding of all the different aspects involved, from geology through drilling to production; we deliver the perfect balance. Our accumulated years of experience in drilling, completing and operating
wells in a variety of oil and gas environments, equip us to understand our clients’ needs. We understand the risks and can recommend ways of mitigating them. The prevalence of economicallymarginal fields or projects in hostile environments demand approaches which are creative but also strategically sound. We work with the formation integrity and wellbore performance teams to maximise well utility by designing fit-for-purpose quality wells.
Senergy has developed a web-based project management tool with
Independent Data Services (IDS). This unique, proprietary design,
Eikos™, defines, assigns and tracks project management tasks, reusing
knowledge, creating structure and providing comprehensive reporting
functions.
