Senergy Wellbore Performance offers a unique and technically independent drilling group to support and manage the drilling process. The team is fully supported and augmented by Senergy’s in-house geomechanics, geoscience and well engineering specialists, providing a solution-based answer, addressing all aspects of the drilling process.

With a track record for excellence in many different geographical locations and environments, we provide a flexible and impartial view of all drilling processes and elements, objectively identifying the key relationship between the formation / bit and drive mechanism. We supply a ‘best fit’ solution for our clients’ wellbore requirements, focusing on all aspects of borehole performance and quality.

Wellbore Performance is:

  • enhanced drilling performance
  • improved economical saving for the customer
  • delivering directional and wellbore requirements
  • drilling safely and efficiently

Where elevated drilling costs are commonplace, we objectively and independently identify the best bit / drive mechanism and the techniques required to drill the section in the most efficient and safest manner.

The process is based on reviewing practical offset data in conjunction with identifying any applicable new technology and utilising this within our enhanced drilling process.

Our service is unique, as we are not associated with a bit or downhole services company, and we provide a fully objective performance based drilling management product, while supported and complemented by Senergy’s integrated business streams.

The unique interaction between the formation and drilling mechanism (i.e. bit and drive type) is primary in our decision criteria. This can be further developed by utilising a number of enhanced methods to identify key critical parameter regimes and techniques to enhance drilling performance and the overall well bore quality. This includes optimised hydraulics, parameter mapping and application of advanced drilling techniques.

We identify where drilling performance must be balanced with the critical control of the wellbore from torque-drag / hole cleaning / wellbore stability issues, BHA design, and vibration mitigation etc.
