Our large group of geologists has extensive exploration and field development experience, making us one of the foremost exploration and field management service groups in the world.
From basin analysis through to prospect generation and field apparaisial and development, Senergy provides high quality geological interpretations.

Our reputation is built on effective reservoir characterisation through traditional techniques of log correlation, rock property mapping, geo-cellular modelling, volumetrics and the efficient integration of dynamic data and the relevant disciplines.
Our geological expertise is fundamental to the success of our
integrated studies and Senergy geologists engage with all disciplines
in order to develop improved interpretations and deliver the best
possible advice and assistance to our clients.

Exploration geology
When it comes to exploration, we start by providing a macro-level view of a prospect area. This can take the form of reviewing opportunities at a regional or basin level, through to providing our own non-proprietary Ternan “play fairway” reports of the UKCS and Norwegian North Sea, the Atlantic Margin from Ireland to Mid-Norway.
Our ODM (Oilfield Data Manager) software, developed in-house, demonstrates our commitment to high-quality products and services. It provides best-in-class integration, interpretation, correlation and presentation of well data. It is quick and easy to use, fast becoming the tool of choice for geologists in handling well data-related images.

Production geology
Senergy has a large team of geologists with extensive geo-cellular modelling experience, using all leading software packages. The depth of knowledge and
experience of our development geologists, most of whom have an operating oil company background, makes us one of the foremost reservoir management service groups in the world today.
Senergy has a proven track record of resourcing project teams to undertake geological studies, often working in multi-disciplinary teams, across the oil and gas life cycle to perform:
- reservoir characterisation
- mapping and volumetrics
- integration of static and dynamic data
- 3D geological modelling
- prospect generation and evaluation
- basin modelling
- portfolio analysis and management
- field development planning and delivery
